TILTABLE VACUUM TUMBLER MR-300 /600/1000 from REVIC, thanks to the smoothly variable inclination angle and special drum design, provide ideal conditions for a delicate massaging process.
The vacuum tumbler is equipped with a specially shaped, detachable active stirrer for even more intensive massaging of small meats.
The vacuum system allows for perfectly plasticized and saturated meats to be obtained for the production of sausages with better consistency, taste, and color.
All tumbler in the MR series are standardly equipped with a touch panel featuring an easy and clear interface. The controller allows for manual and automatic operation and stores up to 50 programs.
